Job Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Senior Early Years Educator to join our team at Little Flyers Broxburn/

Responsibilities:

-Lead a team
- Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment for children
- Provide individualized attention and support to each child's unique needs
- Monitor and assess children's progress, documenting observations and maintaining records
- Collaborate with parents, guardians, and other staff members to ensure the well-being and development of each child
- Promote positive behavior management strategies and encourage social-emotional growth
- Maintain a clean, organized, and child-friendly classroom environment
- Stay updated on current early childhood education practices and trends

Skills:
- Experience working with young children in a childcare or early childhood education setting
- Proficient in English, both verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of early childhood development principles and best practices
- Ability to drive the learning process through creative teaching methods
- Strong leadership skills to effectively manage a classroom setting
- Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate with children, parents, and colleagues
- Passionate about providing quality care and education to young children

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £25,555.00-£27,737.00 per year

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
