Salary ranging from £15,194 - £21,595 per annum
Cherryharbour Nursery is looking for a Trainee Nursery Nurse to join their team. As a Trainee Nursery Nurse, you will be provided with on-the-job training form our qualified team and you will have the opportunity to work towards becoming a qualified practitioner and gain a childcare qualification. We are looking for someone who has had experience working within an early years setting and has the willingness to learn and grow within this role.
Our Cherryharbour Nursery is open from 7.15am - 18:30pm and we would require our staff to be able to work varied shift patterns between those times. We have an fantastic outdoor play area, indoor sensory room, five start rated kitchen and proudly are an Ofsted Outstanding Provider.
Within the role of a Trainee Nursery Nurse, you will ensure children are kept safe and that staff understand and follow safeguarding procedures and you will need to engage as a professional member of the team, exhibiting a flexible attitude and willingness to develop new skills. Most importantly you will need to ensure that each child’s individual needs are met, and you deliver a high standard of professional care and education in a caring, safe, and secure environment in which all children can play, learn, and develop.
