Job Description:

The Natural Childcare Company, Shirley are looking for a qualified Level 3 baby room supervisor who is able to deliver outstanding care and education, our baby room aged 3 months to 15 months and an outside play area is also available for babies who are walking.

You MUST have baby room supervisor experience and 2 years minimum working with babies

Experience of working in a busy baby room is a must and you will be expected to complete online CPD training and attend management meetings where needed.

You will be part of the management team and will be required to ensure the room is running to an outstanding level and you are supporting staff with a variety of qualifications.

The right person for the role will be caring, knowledgeable, enthusiastic and have experience of running a baby room.

We are open 7.30-6pm with a range of shifts to cover this time. Overtime is paid monthly and you are also paid for staff meetings.

We will do a new DBS with you of you are not on the update service and complete a full induction with you.

We are a 96 place settings which has a baby, Tweenies, Tots and Pre-school room, as well as an outdoor play area. We are part of the Bright Stars Group which has around 100 nurseries situated from Scotland down to Cornwall and Ireland across to Wales.
We strive to offer quality care in a home from home environment Monday through to Friday, 7.30 till 6pm.
We are open all year round apart from bank holidays and a week over Christmas, as we feel it is an important time for families to be together.
