Job Description:

We are looking for a qualified Room Leader for our Baby Room. The ideal candidate would have experience with all ages and have the passion working with children.

We are open full-time from 8:00am – 6:00pm caring for children from 3 months to 5 years. We are open 51 weeks of the year and staff are paid for the Christmas closure.

Your working week would be between 40-45 hours a week.

Candidates must hold a full and relevant Level 3 or above qualification in Early Years and Childcare.

Our programme meets the EYFS (Early Years Foundation Stage) curriculum and the Guildford Borough Local Authority funding requirements.

We know that fabulous staff make a great Nursery and we pride ourselves on having a highly qualified, trained and skilled team. Staff are encouraged and supported in developing their skills by studying for higher level Childcare qualifications. All staff undertake mandatory training in Safeguarding, Paediatric First Aid, Health, Fire and Food Safety.
